Abstract submission guidelines

• All abstracts must be submitted in English and will be reviewed by at least two members of the scientific committee.

• Abstracts must be submitted electronically via the SCIENCESCONF abstract submission system. To submit an abstract, you must create a SCIENCESCONF account, if you do not already have one.
  
   
• Authors can submit abstracts for oral presentations or posters. During submission, please select one of the topics from the provided list.

• Abstracts should be between 250–300 words, excluding the title and keywords. Include a list of 3–6 keywords that best describe the area of your submission
   
• The abstract submitter will receive all correspondence regarding the abstract and is responsible for informing co-authors of its status. The submitter should include all authors' data: full name(s), affiliation(s), country(ies).
   
• The presenting author must be registered for the conference. Please note that registration for the conference and for the abstract submission are separate processes. Please register for both.

Guidelines for oral presentations

• Each speaker will have 10 minutes of presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions.
• Presentations in PDF or PowerPoint format are preferred.

Guidelines for poster presentations

• The poster should be printed in A0 format.
  
• Posters will be displayed during all the conference, with specific dedicated time for discussion (Poster session).
